Originally formed in 2012, CGS Consultants is a young and progressive Construction Consultancy, offering a range of Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designer services throughout the UK.

Having spent the past 10 years working for other surveying practices, Chris Burnell set up CGS. This was the realisation of his ambition of creating a bespoke construction consultancy with a nationwide reach. 

Chris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who is also dual qualified as a Principal Designer under the current CDM Regulations.

We provide a highly personal service with an approach that is based on long term client relationships.

We have exceptionally strong technical skills and continue to undertake professional training to ensure we offer innovative solutions to the challenges in every project.
